The refurbishing of Units 3, 4 and 5 in Mauritania Road, Nursling Industrial Estate, Southampton, should now be complete. The three units are owned by the Electricity Supply Nominees and actively managed by F&C Property Investment Management.
The refurbishment began in late April with a programme of works costing £450.000. The unit, previously occupied by Dixons Mastercare, will benefit from new UPVC double glazing, new roof lights, high bay warehouse lighting, refurbished office accommodation with suspended ceiling and recessed lighting, carpeting and gas central heating. Within the warehouse area the property benefits from a minimum leaves height of 4.82m rising to a ridge height of 6.57m. Units 3 and 5 also benefit from their own large secure yard areas and each unit has its own forecourt car parking and concertina loading door.
The units are available by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease and totals some 4,766sq m, two units being approximately 1,535sq m and Unit 5 being approximately 1,697sq m.
Matthew Poplett, (pictured right) associate director at Chesterton’s Southampton office, says: “These units are a great opportunity to occupy quality refurbished accommodation on the Nursling Industrial Estate. The Nursing Estate, located on the M271 at J3 of the M27, provides superb motorway access for any local, national or international distribution occupier as well as being close to Southampton Docks and Southampton International Airport.”
