SEGRO has completed three new speculative warehouse developments, totalling 50,000 sq ft, on the Slough Trading Estate.
One unit of 8,901 sq ft is situated on 445 Malton Avenue and two further units are on Bedford Avenue, totalling 17,824 sq ft and 24,076 sq ft respectively.
The three units have been developed to high sustainability standards, achieving the environmental rating of BREEAM Excellent, with one unit having 72 data SMART building sensors fitted to enable the potential occupier to benefit from real-time data on temperature levels, sound, pressure, energy usage and air quality.

The site is less than two miles from Junctions 6 and 7 of the M4, and six miles from Junction 2 of the M40.
